2. Service Description

Eventcast provides tools for live streaming, video hosting, and event management. The service includes both free and paid tiers with different feature sets.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Eventcast, you agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Use the service in compliance with applicable laws
Not upload illegal or infringing content
Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Billing and Payment

Paid services are billed based on usage. Pricing includes streaming time, storage, and viewer hours. Invoices are generated monthly for usage exceeding the minimum invoice amount.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eventcast is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages arising from service use.
